Prospective authors are encouraged to propose Organized Sessions relating to the topics of interest. Organized Sessions provide a forum for focused discussions on new and innovative technologies. Both oral and poster presentations will be accepted for Organized Sessions.
Each Organized Session consists of more than 5 papers, but the organized session proposal with no less than 3 papers can be accepted and the additional papers may be recommend from general or other organized session papers by the Organizing Session Committee. In order to prevent a session composed from only one country, some of the papers may be exchanged with different Organized Sessions with similar topics under the session chairs’ agreements.
All papers recommended to Organized Sessions will undergo the same review process as regular papers. The due of the organized session proposal is extended to June 25, 2017. If you are interested in organizing a session, please complete the organizing session proposal and return it to the secretariat. Please ask any question to the secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
